2019年F1フル参戦を前に、ジョビナッツィがザウバーでテスト。タイヤ開発作業を担当

F1メキシコGP後の火曜、ピレリは2019年向けタイヤテストをザウバーの協力のもと、エルマノス・ロドリゲス・サーキットで行った。走行を担当したのは2019年にザウバーでレースドライバーを務めることが決まっているアントニオ・ジョビナッツィだった。

　ピレリは来季F1タイヤ開発のため、全10チームの協力を得て、シーズンを通してテストを行っている。10月30日にはメキシコでザウバーがスリックタイヤのテストを担当した。

　ジョビナッツィはザウバーのステアリングを握り、午前は路面が濡れた状態だったものの、一日のなかで99周を走行、無事にテスト作業を完了した。

　次回タイヤテストは最終戦アブダビGP後に開催される予定となっている。
